氟西汀与双歧三联活菌胶囊联合治疗肠易激综合征44例

Fluoxetine combined with bifid-triple viable capsule for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in 44 patients

目的:探讨氟西汀联合双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:126例肠易激综合征病人分为3组,A组44例,予氟西汀20mg,po,qd;双歧三联活菌胶囊420mg,po,tid。B组40例,予氟西汀20mg,po,qd。C组42例,予双歧三联活菌胶囊420mg,po,tid。3组的疗程均为4wk。观察3组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:A,B,C三组的总有效率分别为96%,85%,58%。A,C两组疗效比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);B,C两组疗效比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);A,B两组疗效比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。对腹泻的疗效,A组优于B,C组(P<0.05),对腹痛、腹胀、便秘的治疗,各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:氟西汀与双歧三联活菌胶囊联合应用可以有效地治疗肠易激综合征。

AIM: To explore the effect of fluoxetine in combination with bifid-triple viable capsule for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). METHODS: One hundred and twenty-six patients with IBS were divided into three groups. Group A (n=44,M 14,F 30;age(33±s 20)a) was treated with fluoxetine 20 mg, po, qd and bifid-triple viable capsule 420 mg,po,tid. Group B(n=40,M 13,F 27;age(34±18)a) was only treated with fluoxetine 20 mg , po,qd. Group C(n=42,M 20,F 22;age(35±19)a) was only treated with bifid-triple viable capsule 420 mg, po, tid. RESULTS: The total effective rate of group A,B,C was 96 %, 85 % and 58 %. The rate of group A,B was significantly higher than that of group C (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between group A and group B ( P>0.05). The effective rate of group A for diarrhea was significantly higher than that of group B and group C (both P<0.01). There was no significant difference among group A,group B,and group C in the treatment of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, constipation (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: Fluoxetine in combination with bifid-triple viable capsule can effectively treat irritable bowel syndrome.
