摘要
该研究在全国 IT行业中取了12个虚拟团队中的 20 个访谈样本, 通过半结构化的访谈研究,在团队生命周期理论的基础上, 区分了虚拟团队生命周期中的 5 个阶段, 并从访谈内容中归纳了不同阶段的团队状态和信任特点, 总结了不同阶段中改善虚拟团队信任的各种措施。
By the approach of semi structured interview, this study collects interviews of 20 members in 12 virtual teams. Based on team life cycle theory, this paper distinguishes five stages of virtual teams, sums up the characteristics of team state and trust, and assumes the measures to improve trust in virtual teams in different stages.
