试析在华FDI的技术转让与“外泄”

Foreign Technology Transfer and Spillovers Through FDI in China

先进技术对当代经济发展的重要作用越来越受到普遍认同,通过外国直接投资来取得技术转让与“外泄”是多数发展中国家的期望与实践。本文分析了我国“以市场换技术”的吸引FDI策略效果并不理想的原因,进而提出促进FDI对我国技术转让与技术“外泄”的若干对策。

It is generally accepted that advanced technology plays a key role in the modern economic development. Usually developing countries expect and actually try to obtain technology transfer and spillovers through FDI. This article analyses the reasons why China's strategy of procuring foreign advanced technology at the cost of the market is not satisfactory, and proceeds to propose some responding measures to promote technology transfer and technology spillovers to China through FDI so as to improve our industrial technology.
