摘要
采用反应性挤出方法,合成出了高熔体强度棚膜专用LLDPE树脂,研究了过氧化物类增强剂用量对改性LLDPE熔体强度、力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,熔流比和熔体强度均随增强剂用量的增加而增大,DFDA7042的改性效果比LL103AA好,用65吹膜机可吹制出幅宽和厚度分别为8m及0.08mm的棚膜,膜泡稳定,卷型紧而齐,成膜性达到或超过LLDPE$CLDPE掺混料。
The melt strength enhancing agent was added to the LLDPE. After reactive extrusion processing through a twin–screw extruder, the special resin for greenhouse film was obtained,and the effect of the amount of the agent on the mechanical properties and the processing properties of the special resin were studied. The film blowing tests were also carried out using a 65 film blowing machine and the process of the tests were compared between using the special resin and normal resins.
