摘要
投资260万元,将2万t/aMTBE装置扩能改造为4万t/a,主要改造项目包括:将普通浮阀塔盘更换为格力奇公司(苏州)生产的SuperFrac高效塔盘;将共沸分馏塔塔顶冷却器更换为高效换热器;将催化剂更换为D-005催化剂;将原料甲醇泵出口改线;增加1台立式C4原料泵;扩大仪表量程。运行结果表明,装置生产能力达到改造设计要求,产品质量合格,未反应C4馏分的性能能够满足下游烷基化装置的原料质量要求。
The methyl tert–butyl ether(MTBE) plant in Zhenhai refinery and Chemical Co Ltd was expanded from 20 kt/a to 40 kt/a. After the remoulding,the production capacity of the plant reached the design requirement and the quality of product was acceptable.
