介绍了顺丁橡胶装置丁二烯回收单元的技术改造情况 ,改造后回收了放火炬燃烧的 1,3-丁二烯 ,其收率可达 85 % ,回收的 1,3-丁二烯的质量满足设计要求 ,并可直接作为顺丁橡胶聚合的单体。
The technical characteristics of butadiene recovery unit in cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber plant after technical remoulding were introduced.After remoulding,1,3-butadiene vented to flare was recoveried, and its yield reached 85%, its quality could meet the design criterion,and it could be used directly as the monomer in the polymerization of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber.
