摘要
本文提出了叶轮机非定常设计的缘线匹配理论和方法,研究指出,缘线匹配注意了先前没有被考虑的周期非定常流动的相位影响,而今通过协调相邻叶排相邻缘线空间关系得以实现。初步理论及数值研究表明缘线匹配技术在提高叶轮机气动性能、气弹性能、气动噪声和热传导性能上的潜力。作为一个设计自由度,它使叶轮机非定常气动设计具有了真实而可操作的内容。
The Edge-Matching(EM) theory and methods are presented. It indicates that the phase angle effects of the periodic unsteady flow, which can not be taken into account under the frame of steady flow, can be considered by adjusting the relative position of the neighboring edges of the neighboring blade rows. It is shown that the EM may be widely used in improving the aerodynamic, aeroelastic, aeroacoustic and heat transfer performances of turbomachinery. As a design freedom, it makes the unsteady design of turbomachinery realizable and operable.
