摘要
对冷面上水珠的冻结过程及其影响因素进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:水珠温度被降到℃以下时,水珠并未马上冻结,而是呈过冷态并持续一段时间,在某一时刻开始冻结时过冷水珠温度回升,整个水珠完全冻结后,冰珠温度又开始下降至与环境平衡的温度。冷面温度是影响水珠冻结的主要因素,表面接触角、粗糙度以及水珠体积等对水珠冻结也有影响。
The freezing process of super-cooled drops on cold surfaces and its affecting factors were experimentally investigated. The experimental results showed that when the drop temperature was reduced to a value below 0°C, the drop did not freeze immediately but kept in the super-cooled state for a while. Thereafter the super-cooled drop began to freeze, accompanied by an increase in the drop temperature. The drop temperature turned to decrease until reaching a value equalized with the ambient when the drop was completely frozen. It was found that the cold surface temperature was a primary factor affecting the super-cooled drop freezing, while the surface contact angle and roughness and the drop volume also have some effects on the super-cooled drop freezing.
