摘要
目的 探讨整合性心理治疗 (采用按摩放松疗法、情绪疏导疗法以及集体治疗相结合的方法 )对哮喘患儿情绪障碍及哮喘症状的疗效。方法 采用随机对照方法 ,将广东中山市博爱医院儿科 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 4年1月诊断为儿童哮喘符合入组标准的 6 8例患儿随机分为实验组 35例 ,对照组 33例。两组均给予同样的药物治疗 (吸入激素和 β2 受体激动剂 ) ,实验组同时给予 8周整合性心理治疗 ,比较治疗前后两组患儿的情绪、躯体症状以及肺功能的变化情况。结果 实验结束时 ,两组患儿的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于治疗前 ,但只有实验组有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ;实验组患儿的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;实验组患儿哮喘症状治疗有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;实验组患儿肺功能的改善亦优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 整合性心理治疗能明显改善患儿的情绪障碍、躯体症状和肺功能 ,是一种有效的辅助治疗方法。
Objective To study the effect of integration psychotherapy (massage relaxation 、emotion disclosure and group psychotherapy) on mood disorder and the symptoms of asthma in school age children.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups:35 patients in experimental group,33 patients in control group.Besides being given the same drug therapy,while the patients in experimental group received integration psychotherapy,the patients in control group received only drug treatment.The anxiety and depressive symptoms,the effect of therapy and pulmonary functions were assessed before and after eight weeks' treatment in both groups.Results After eight weeks' treatment the anxiety and depression value in both groups were decreased,but the value of control group was not significantly.And the decrease rate in experimental group was larger than that in control group.The effect of therapy and pulmonary functions of asthma in experimental group were better than that in control group,and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The integration psychotherapy may lessen the symptoms of mood disorder,improve the effect of therapy and pulmonary functions of asthma,and it is a better assistant therapeutic measure.
