颞颌关节上腔灌洗术治疗滑膜炎和关节囊炎疗效观察

The use of TMJ upper cavity's irrigation for the treatment of synovitis and articular capsulitis

目的 :观察颞颌关节上腔灌洗术治疗滑膜炎和关节囊炎的临床疗效。方法 :对 5 6例颞颌关节滑膜炎和关节囊炎病例进行关节上腔灌洗 ,然后注入强的松龙 0 .5ml。 2周后复诊 ,观察治疗效果。结果 :经治疗后显效3 8例 (67.9% ) ;好转 16例 (2 8.6% ) ;无效 2例 (3 .5 % )。结论 :关节上腔灌洗术治疗颞颌关节滑膜炎和关节囊炎疗效肯定。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TMJ upper cavity's irrigation to treat synovitis and articular capsulitis.Method: 56 cases with synovitis and articular capsulitis were irrigated with salt solution through TMJ upper cavity and were injected with prednisolone in the cavity.Clinical effection was observed after 2 weeks.Result: 38(67.9%) cases were effective; 16(28.6%) cases were improved and 2(3.5%) had no effection.Conclusion: The use of TMJ upper cavity's irrigation and injection with prednisolone for treatment of synovitis and articular capsulitis is effective.
