摘要
目的 :从颅面软组织的改建探讨前方牵引的临床疗效。方法 :采用前方牵引治疗 15例 8～ 14岁安氏Ⅲ类骨性前牙反牙合病例 ,通过头颅侧位片进行测量分析。结果 :前方牵引后侧貌改善较慢 ,一般需半年以上。矫治后上唇前移明显 ,下唇基部无明显后移。结论 :前方牵引对上颌软组织影响较大 ,上唇对硬组织变化的反应较为敏感 ,而对下颌软组织的作用较小。
Objective:The aim of the this study was to investigate the effects of the maxillary protraction .Method: The appliance was used on 15 growing subjects with early Angle Ⅲ anterior crossbite aged from 8 to 14 years treated patients through X-ray cephalometry before and after treatment.Result: The profile improved slowly more than half a year in maxillary protraction treated group. And it was more increased maxillary soft tissue protrusion and less reduced mandibular basic soft tissue protrusion.Conclusion:The main changes in the maxillary protraction treated group were accelerate forward growth of the maxillary soft tissue and less change in mandibular basic soft tissue.
