摘要
采用弱碱型阴离子交换树脂D315对植酸的吸附、洗脱进行了研究,采用静态法考察了pH值、温度、平衡时间、洗脱剂浓度的影响,从而得到D315离子交换树脂吸附、洗脱植酸的最佳参数:在pH=2~3和室温下,静态吸附2h,用1.5mol/LNaCl溶液洗脱,辅以超声振荡可缩短吸附时间.此方法可用于天然产物中植酸的提取.
The adsorption and elution of phytic acid on D315 weak-base ion-exchange resin were studied. Based on static method, the influencing factors such as pH, temperature, equilibrium time, and concentration of eluant were studied and the optimal process route and conditions were suggested in this paper: at room temperature and acidic medium (pH=2~3), the best adsorption could be reached within 2 h. And the phytic acid was eluted by 1.5 mol/L NaCl solution. The adsorption could be accelerated by means of ultrasonic surge. The reported method can be used to extract phytic acid from natural products.
