摘要
随着Internet/Intranet技术的发展和成熟,数控装备可靠性研究急需开发和应用面向网络的计算机辅助分析技术。根据数控装备可靠性的特殊性,提出了远程、异质数据库的相互访问参考模型,该模型可进行数控装备可靠性信息远程采集,可靠性信息动态反馈、自动处理,数据库的远程异地动态更新以及可靠性分析。
With the development and maturity of Internet/Intranet, it is urgently for us to develop and apply network-oriented computer-aided analysis technique in the study of CNC equipment reliability. Combined with the study of CNC equipment reliability particularity, the paper put forward the mutual visit model of the remote, different databases. It can long-distance pick, dynamic feedback, automatic dispose and remote update to the reliability information of CNC equipment. And it also can analyze the equipment reliability.
