摘要
目的评价脑肿瘤立体定向靶向微创手术的临床应用价值。方法应用CT-脑立体定向靶点定位和导向技术,以及微创开颅技术,完成36例次脑肿瘤靶向微创手术,分析其临床诊疗效果。结果立体定向活检13例,术后病理诊断明确;开放定向微创手术17例,病灶一次切除;立体定向穿刺分流术6例,术后症状改善明显。手术均一次成功,无手术并发症。结论脑肿瘤立体定向靶向微创手术能对病灶进行精确的定位和导向,以实现对脑肿瘤诊疗手术的微创化,特别对深部病灶性质的诊断和脑内小肿瘤的切除及囊性病变的分流有实际应用价值,具有简便、易行和创伤小、费用低的优点。
Objective To evaluate clinical application of minimal invasive microneurosurgical excision of brain tumor under stereotactic orientation. Methods CT-stereotactic microneurosurgical operations were performed in 36 patients with brain tumor,in order to evaluate the clinical effects of its diagnosis and treatment. Results Of these patients 13 patients were performed stereotactic biopsy and demonstrated definite pathologic diagnosis without complications. And these were 17 patients performed open stereotactic orientation intracranial operation,their tumors were completely removed. No complications occurred. The rest 6 patients were performed stereotactic puncture bypass operation,and their symptoms improved significantly after the successful only operation without any complication. Conclusion Stereotactic-target orientation microneurosurgery can accurately locate the brain lesions and it is a simple,effective,and economical approach with minimal invasive for deep and small intracranial tumor and vesicular lesions.
