摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶法制备纳米材料,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,冰醋酸为螯合剂,通过水解缩聚作用制备纳米 TiO2,掺杂稀土元素 Ce对纳米 TiO2 进行改性,运用热分析(DSC)、X 射线衍射( XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和光吸收等手段,研究了不同掺杂量对 TiO2相变和光催化活性的影响,确定了最佳的掺杂量和热处理温度。
The sol-gel process was used to prepare nanostructured materials. With HAC as complexation and Ti(OBu)4 as precursor in the start materials, TiO2 gelation was obtained through hydrolyse and condensation process. Rare-earth Ce was introduced into the nanostructured TiO2 to improve the photocatalystic capacity. The phase structure of the doped TiO2 and their photocatalystic capacity were studied using DSC, XRD, TEM and optical adsorption etc. The optimum doping content and heat treatment temperature were chosen.
