摘要
以甲基丙烯酸单封端的聚乙二醇(MA PEG)大分子单体为反应性分散稳定剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为自由基引发剂,在醇/水混合介质中与丙烯腈和苯乙烯(丙烯腈为主单体)进行三元分散共聚,制备得到了亚微米级,粒径均一,分散稳定,具有特殊形态的聚合物颗粒。采用透射电子显微镜和激光光散射仪等手段对产物进行了表征,发现该聚合物颗粒的形态和粒径大小可通过改变聚合反应条件加以控制。
Poly(ethylene glycol) (MA-PEG) macromonomer with a methacryloyl end group was selected as reaction stabilizer. The novel spherical particles were prepared by dispersion copolymerization of AN with St in the presence of MA-PEG macromonomer in ethanol/water mixed solvents (vol/vol = 4/1) at 60°C for 24 h by using 2,2′-azobisisobutyrnitrile (AIBN) as a free radical initiator. The factors influencing the morphology and the size of particles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and laser light scattering (LLS). The unusual particles can be used in medicine transportation systems.
