摘要 研究了真姬菇的形态特征和影响其生长发育的主要因素,比较了不同温度、pH、湿度、碳源和氮源条件下菌丝生长和原基发生的情况。试验结果表明,真姬菇菌丝生长的适宜温度为10~30℃,最适温度为20~25℃;原基发生的适宜温度为12~16℃,最适温度为15℃;菌丝生长的适宜pH为4.0~8.5,最适pH为6.5~7.5;菌丝生长的适宜培养基含水量为55%~70%,最适为65%;菌丝生长的最适碳源为葡萄糖、最适氮源为酵母膏。 The morphological characteristics of Hypsizigus marmoreus and major factors affecting its mycelial growth and primordium formation were studied in this paper. And the comparison studies on its mycelial growth under different temperatures, pH, moisture content, carbon sources and nitrogen sources were conducted too. The results of the trials showed that the suitable temperature for Hypsizigus marmoreus mycelial growth was 10~30℃ with the optimal temperature being 20~25℃, and the suitable temperature for primordium formation was 12~16℃ with the optimal temperature being 15℃; that the suitable pH for its mycelial growth was 4.0~8.5 with the optimal pH being 6.5~7.5; the suitable medium moisture content was 55%~70% with the optimal moisture content being 65%; the optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was yeast extract.
