摘要
缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)是调节细胞缺氧反应的主要转录因子HIF-1的活性调节亚单位,在许多肿瘤中表达增加,其与肿瘤恶性进展密切相关。本文就HIF-1α的结构功能,在胶质瘤中的活性调节,HIF-1α对胶质瘤细胞生长的影响以及以HIF-1α为靶点的抗胶质瘤治疗进展作简要综述。
The hypoxia inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) is a heterodimeric transcription factor that is an impor-tant regulator of the growing tumor's response to hypoxia. HIF-1 activity in tumors depends on the availability of the HIF-1α subunit. The overexpression of HIF-1α has been correlated with increased angiogenesis, aggressive tu-mor growth, and poor prognosis in most human cancers. In this article the structure and function, the activity regula-tion of HIF-1α in glioma and recent therapies on glioma targeting HIF-1α were reviewed.
