椎弓根钉系统联合单枚BAK后路腰椎体间融合术

Pedicle nailing with a single BAK in lumbar interbody fusion

目的 介绍椎弓根钉系统联合单枚BAK在腰椎椎体间融合术中的应用体会。 方法 对 2 6例患者 (椎间盘突出伴退变性滑脱 18例 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ度脊柱滑脱伴椎弓崩解 3例 ,椎间盘摘除术后失败 5例 )行相关节段椎弓根钉并联合单枚BAK内固定手术。 结果 经平均 2 8.6个月 (10～ 4 6个月 )随访 ,所有患者临床症状缓解 ,无断钉及融合器移位现象 ,术后融合率达 10 0 %。 结论 椎弓根钉联合单枚BAK后路腰椎椎体间融合术具有操作简单 ,对椎管干扰小 ,术后脊柱稳定性好等优点。

Objective To introduce the experience of pedicle nailing with a single BAK in lumbar interbody fusion. Methods There were 26 cases including 18 cases with degenerative spondylolysis,3 cases with disintegrative spondylolysis,and 5 cases with poor result from extraction of intervertebral disc.All of cases underwent pedicle nailing with a single BA K in lumbar interbody fusion. Results Twenty-six cases wer e followed-up for an average of 28.6months (range 10～46 months ) after operat ion. Clinical symptoms were relieved in the all cases.No broken nail and no disp lacing BAK were found.The fusion rate was 100%. Conclusion Th e pedicle nailing with a single BAK in lumbar interbody fusion is simply perfo rmed with minimal affecting the spinal canal and good reliable stability of spin e.
