玉竹提取物A对STZ诱导的Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠血糖及死亡率的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 研究玉竹提取物A (extractionAofpolygonatumodoratum ,EA -PAOA)对链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的I型糖尿病小鼠降血糖作用及死亡率影响。方法 采用链脲佐菌素小剂量多次注射诱导Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠模型 ,实验组分三个浓度腹腔注射等体积EA -PAOA ,对照组注射等体积生理盐水 ,监测血糖及死亡率变化。另选昆明小鼠 6 0只 ,对EA -PAOA进行急性毒性实验。结果 实验组血糖及死亡率与对照组比较有不同程度的降低 ;急性毒性实验显示EA -PAOA毒性作用很低 ,LD5 0 =14 5 12 4g/Kg。 结论 经腹腔注射EA -PAOA能明显降低STZ诱导的Ⅰ型糖尿病小鼠血糖及死亡率 ,安全范围大。 Objective To study the reducing extent of blood sugar of STZ induced type-Ⅰdiabetic mouse and their mortality when treated with extraction A of polygonatum odoratum(EA-PAOA). Methods type-Ⅰdiabetic mouse models were established by repeated injection of small dosage of STZ. 120 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. Mice were divided into 3 different groups according to the different concentrations of EA-PAOA, which were injected into abdominal cavity, contrast group: same volume saline was injected into abdominal cavity. The changes of blood sugar and the mortality of mouse were observed. Acute toxic experiment of EA-PAOA was done on the other 60 kunming-mice. Results In EA-PAOA group, the level of blood sugar and the mortality of mouse were lower than contrast group. EA-PAOA had very low toxity, LD50=14.5124g/kg. Conclusions EA-PAOA injected into abdominal cavity obviously decreased the level of blood sugar and the mortality of mouse, with very low toxicity.
