摘要
贮存稳定性是涂料的一项重要性能,它直接影响涂料的使用和涂膜的性能。对于UV固化彩色涂料,贮存稳定性包括颜料粒子的分散稳定性和涂料体系对光的稳定性。通过测定UV固化彩色涂料贮存一定时间后相对沉降率的方法,研究了齐聚物,颜料,研磨时间,气相SiO2,EFKA-4010分散剂对涂料中颜料粒子分散稳定性的影响。通过对试验结果的归纳,得出了上述各种因素对涂料中颜料粒子分散稳定性的影响规律和影响程度,并从理论上给予了说明。
Storage stability is an important performance of coatings, affecting the use of coatings or the performance of coat. As for UV- curing colour coatings, storage stability includes dispersion stability of pigment particle and the system to light. The influences of oligomer, pigment, time of milling, SiO_2, EFKA-4010 dispersant on the dispersion stability of pigment particle of UV-curing color coatings have been discussed by determining the relative sedimentation rate of the coatings. The rule and degree of effect of several factors on storage stability of the coatings were determined on concluding experiment results, and analyzed theoretically.
