摘要
采用三维直角坐标同位网格方法开发了中间包反应器内流体流动的三维数值仿真程序,并用已有的实验数据对模拟结果进行了验证;详细地分析了同位网格的原理以及各种边界条件在同位网格中的处理方法;讨论了网格局部加密和不同线性方程迭代方法对程序收敛的影响.
Three-dimension numerical simulation codes for fluid flow in continuous casting tundish are developed under Cartesian coordinates with collocated grid. The results of simulation are validated by experimental results from literature. A detailed analysis of fundamental knowledge of collocated grid and the implements of all types of boundary conditions under this kind of grid arrangement are carried out. The influences of partial improvement of grid density and different solution methods of linear equations on the convergence of codes are discussed.
