摘要
研究了选矿药剂氧化石蜡皂在铝土矿浸出过程中的作用和影响.结果表明,氧化石蜡皂对氧化铝的浸出有促进作用.在1t铝土矿中加入0 24kg氧化石蜡皂时,氧化铝的浸出率可提高7 4%,铝酸钠溶液的电导率有所下降,铝酸钠溶液的密度增大,铝酸钠溶液的粘度增大,浆液的压缩液固比减小.氧化石蜡皂做捕收剂不影响氧化铝的浸出及浸出液的性质.红外光谱研究发现,氧化石蜡皂对SiO2的吸附能力强,而对Al2O3和Fe2O3吸附能力弱,氧化石蜡皂适合做铝土矿反浮选的捕收剂.
The effect and action of oxidized paraffinum sodium salt in the leaching process of bauxite were experimentally studied. The results showed that it is feasible to improve the leaching rate by the addition of oxidized paraffinum sodium salt. When the amount of addition reached 0.24 kg/t, the leaching ratio of alumina increased by 7.4%. The properties of the sodium aluminate solution, such as viscosity, density, electric conductivity and precipitation capacity, had also been tested by experiments and results showed that the oxidized paraffinum sodium salt had not affected the leaching of bauxite. It was found, by IR spectrum analysis, that the oxidized paraffinum sodium salt absorbed SiO_2 stronger than Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3, and it was suitable to be used as collectors of reverse-flotation.
