还原性谷胱甘肽与缺血再灌注损伤保护 被引量:5

摘要 缺血再灌注损伤常见于体外循环、失血性休克、脏器移植等 ,其发生发展的主要机理有自由基损伤、离子分布异常、炎症递质与细胞因子释放以及凋亡等。还原性谷胱甘肽是人体固有的抗氧化物质之一 ,广泛存在于肝、心、肾、肺、红细胞等多种器官组织中 ,可通过直接清除自由基、减少自由基生成 ;调节离子分布 ;抑制细胞因子合成、减少效应细胞活化、减轻靶细胞损伤 ;调节凋亡相关基因的平衡等机理 ,协助机体对抗缺血再灌注损伤。
