摘要 采用国产化工原料合成了Mac10铜萃取剂 ,进行了萃取剂用量、有机相与无机相相比 (O A)、萃取平衡pH值、萃取动力学、萃取热力学、反萃动力学试验、反萃剂酸度试验。结果表明 ,Mac10铜萃取剂具有良好萃取性能 ,当萃取剂用量为 15 % ,相比 (O A)为 75 % ,萃取平衡pH =3 ,萃取时间为 3min ,萃取温度为 2 98K ,反萃取时间为 2min ,反萃取剂酸度为硫酸浓度 180g L时 ,萃取率不小于 93 % ,反萃取率不小于 96% ,且水相中Cu2 + 浓度愈高 。 An extractant for copper, Mac10, was synthesized using some domestic chemical materials. Tests were made for the extractant dosage, phase ratio of organic phase to inorganic phase, extraction equilibrium pH value, extraction dynamics, extraction thermodynamics and stripping dynamics. The results indicate that the extractant Mac10 has a good extraction performance. The extraction yield and stripping efficiency are no less than 93% and 96% respectively when the extractant dosage is 15%, the phase ratio (O/A) is 75%, the extraction equilibrium pH is 3, the extraction time is 3 min, the extraction temperature is 298 K, stripping time is 2 min, and the concentration of sulphuric acid is 180 g/L. Moreover, the higher the Cu 2+ concentration in aqueous phase is, the better the extraction performance of Mac10 is.
