通过分析国外电动机用钨合金成分及测定其力学性能 ,设计并制备出与国外样品匹配的新型钨合金。通过控制料浆粘度 ,克服了机械混料方法中成分偏析的缺点。采用物理、化学法等手段对所研制的钨合金进行了相关性能测试 ,结果表明
By analyzing the composition and the dynamic property of the tungsten-base alloy used for foreign engine, a new tungsten-base alloy matching the foreign sample has been developed. The problem of composition segregation in mechanical mixing method has overcome by controlling the viscosity of the feed pulp. The properties of the developed tungsten-base alloy have been tested by physical and chemical means. The results show that the property indexes have come up to the standards of the products of the like at home and abroad.
