目的:探讨核因子蛳κB(NF蛳κB)和环氧合酶2(Cox蛳2)在大肠癌中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测72例大肠癌组织NF蛳κB、Cox蛳2和MYD的阳性表达。结果:大肠癌组织的NF蛳κB和Cox蛳2的阳性表达率明显高于正常结肠黏膜。大肠癌组织NF蛳κB的阳性表达和肿瘤淋巴结转移、肝转移以及Dukes分期密切相关。Cox蛳2的阳性表达和大肠癌的局部浸润深度、淋巴结和肝转移以及Dukes分期均具有显著相关性。NF蛳κB阳性表达的大肠癌组织中Cox蛳2的阳性表达率明显高于NF蛳κB表达阴性者。NF蛳κB阳性表达组或Cox蛳2阳性表达组大肠癌MVD数量显著高于NF蛳κB阴性表达组或Cox蛳2阴性表达组。结论:NF蛳κB和Cox蛳2参与了大肠癌的发生、浸润和转移。它们在大肠癌的血管形成中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of NF-κB and cyclooxygenase 2(Cox-2) in large bowel carcinoma and its relationship with microvessel density(MVD). Methods: The positive expression of NF, κB, Cox, 2 and MVD in 72 cases of large bowel carcinoma tissues was studied by using immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rate of NF, κB and Cox, 2 in large bowel carcinoma tissues was obviously higher than that in normal colon mucosa tissues. The positive expression of NF, κB in large bowel carcinoma was correlated to lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and Dukes stage. There was a striking association between the positive expression of Cox, 2 in large bowel carcinoma and infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and Dukes stage. The Cox, 2 positive expression rate of large bowel carcinoma tissues with NF, κB positive expression was significantly higher than that in NF, κB negative expression large bowel carcinoma tissues. The MVD in large bowel carcinoma tissues with NF, κB or Cox, 2 positive expression group was obviously higher than that in large bowel carcinoma tissues with NF, κB or Cox, 2 negative expression group. Conclusion: NF, κB and Cox, 2 participated in the process of occurrence,infiltration and metastasis of large bowel carcinoma. They might play an important role in the angiogenesis of large bowel carcinoma.
