摘要
该文结合GIS领域的发展趋势,提出了基于GIS的房屋租赁系统以取代当前房屋租赁行业传统的手工作业或MIS系统,使房屋租赁的管理更方便、更有效。该文将GIS技术应用于房屋租赁管理领域,采用空间数据库格式来保存和处理在房屋租赁系统中涉及到的空间地理信息的数据,并把传统的房屋数据和空间地理数据有机地结合起来,在此基础上完成了一个基于GIS的房屋租赁管理系统的原型。
A flat-renting management system based on GIS is proposed in the paper according to the development in GIS field.The system can replace the traditional handwork or MIS system in current flat-renting field.It is much more efficient and convenient to manage the flat-renting system.Technology of GIS is applied to flat-renting field in the paper.The data involving spatial geographical information in flat -renting system is dealt with and saved in spatial database format.At the same time ,the data of conventional flat-renting is combined with spatial geographical information to make it possible to construct the flat-renting system based on GIS.Moreover,a prototype of the flat-renting system based on GIS is completed.
