摘要
本文从国有企业的实际情况出发,提出在中国加入WTO的“过渡期”,必须抢抓机遇,主动迎接挑战,苦练内部基本功。
Viewed from the actual condition of state - owned enterprise , our enterprise are able to become competitive if they can seize the opportunity , meet the challenge , and practise hard in basic skill during the transition of joining WTO.
