摘要
豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞经嗜肺军团菌培养物滤液处理后吞噬金黄色葡萄球菌,超微结构观察,毒力菌组胞内细菌结构基本完整,无毒菌组与对照组大致相似,菌体被消化破坏,提示毒力菌产物对Mφ消化降解胞内细菌的功能具有抑制作用。
After ingestion of S.aureus, the structure of the guinea pig alveolar maerophages treated with different filtrates prior to phagocytosis was examined with an electron microscope. The cocci within the Mφs treated with the LpV filtrate generally kept morphologically intact, whereas the bacteria in the Mφs treated with the LpA or the control filtrate presented a destroyed or degraded appearance. The results suggest that the LpV filtrate may contain some extracellular products or the products which can inhibit the digestion of bacteria by the maerophages.
