^(99m)Tc-MIBI心肌显像诊断心肌梗塞的效能评价

The efficacious evaluation for diagnosing myocardial infarction (MI) with resting myocardial imaging

本文报告应用国产 MIBI 药盒制备的^(99m)Tc-MIBI 做心肌静息断层显像53例的结果,初步评价该法对心肌梗塞的诊断效能。正常对照组17例,男8例,女9例,平均年龄43.4岁。心肌梗塞组36例,男32例,女4例,平均年龄58.6岁。其中急性心肌梗塞17例,陈旧性心肌梗塞16例,两者兼有者2例,无 Q 波心肌梗塞1例。诊断心肌梗塞的总灵敏度为88.8％,诊断急性心肌梗塞的灵敏度为100％,诊断陈旧性心肌梗塞的灵敏度为72.2％。特异性为76.4％。

The authors evaluated the efficacy of resting myocardial imaging by ^(99m)Tc-MIBI in diagnosis of 36 patients with myocardial infarction and 17 normal persons.The results showed that the sensitivity for acute myocardial infarction was 100% and for old myocardial infarction was 72%.The specificity was 76.4%.
