摘要
The first Chinese numismatic magazine Ancient Coin Magazine was issued by the Ancient Coin Society which was set up in Shang Hai in 1927. In this article, author introduced the general situatin of the Society, the content and main column of the first issue, and reviewed the editors, the aim and characters of the magazine as well as the reason of failure. Then the author thought that the Ancient Coin Magazine had given great contribution to edit Chinese numismatic magazine later.
