摘要
本文首先报道了饭豆(Vigna umbellatta)和绿豆(V.radiata)的染色体核型。饭豆的染色体核型公式为 k(2n)=22=20m+2sm,属“1A”型;绿豆的染色体核型公式是 k(2n)=22=22m,属“2B”型。通过两种核型的比较认为:饭豆和绿豆有较近的亲缘关系,但它们之间不存在相互演化的问题,可能是由同一祖先衍化而来的两个分支。其次,通过对6种不同的预处理液效应的分析和研究,筛选出最佳的配方,并就其作用的机理进行了探讨。
The karyotypes of Vigna umbellatta and v.radlata were studies.The karyotype formula of v.umbellatta is k (2n)=22=20m+2sm,it belongs to “1A” of Stebbin's karyotypic symmetry, the karyotype formula of v.radiata is k (2n)=22=22m,it belongs to “2B”.In comparison, two species were linked closely in relationship,yet they had not been affected each other in evolu- tion history,since they may originate from same ancestor.After analysis of effects of 6 kinds of pretreat ment solutions,the best one was chosen and the mechanism of the effect was disscussed
