摘要
本试验运用纸色谱法、光谱法、三氯化铝红移和显色试验等方法,研究了皱皮木瓜花色苷类的色谱、光谱特性。结果表明,该花色苷类的主要成份是锦葵色素—3—葡糖苷和锦葵色素双苷,二者分别占总色素含量的60%和28%,与葡萄中的主要色素一致,可用作化妆品和食品的着色剂。
The experiment has studied anthocyanins' character of chromatogram and spectrum of chaenomeles speciose (sweet) Nakai.having adopted a series of method,for example paper—chro- matorgaphy and spectrometric method,Alcl—redmoving and colore—showing method. Preliminary studied and analyse have proved that the main chemical compositions of the an- thocyanin are Malva Sinensis anthocyanin—3—glucoside and Malva sinensis anthocyanin—3:5 —glucoside.Indall pigment,each of them is about 60% and 28% respectively.The pigment is the same as the main pigment in Vitis Vinifera. It can be used for colouring of food and cosmetics.
