摘要
本文利用10个国内外高粱品种为材料,研究了高粱种子的发芽率、发芽速度(日)、出苗率、出苗速度(日)和胚轴伸长潜力等出苗性状间的相互关系。结果表明,出苗速度(日)对出苗率的遗传直接通径系数最大,而且具有较高的遗传力,通过出苗速度(日)对出苗率进行间接选择效果可靠。胚轴伸长潜力与出苗速度(日)呈高度负相关,它对出苗率的表型直接通径系数很大,可作为衡量不同高粱品种出苗能力的指标性状。
The orghum varieties were used as materials to study interrelationship betweent emergent characters of sorghum seed, which included germination value of seed (GVS), rapidity of germination (RG), emergence value of seedling (EVS), rapidity of seddling emergence (RSE) and potential of embryo rachis extension (PERE). The results was as follows: Path coefficient analysis indicated that genetic direct effect of RG was the most intense to EVS, and RSE had higher heritability, the effect of indirect selection would be reliable through RSE to EVS. There was a very high degree negative correlation between PERE and RSE, and PERE had a higher phenotypic direct effect to EVS, therefore PERE would be used as a indicative character to measure emergence seedling ability of different sorghum varieties.
