装配尺寸链中固定调整法的新设计

摘要 本文提出了双件固定调整装配法,并推出其设计计算公式。该法是在装配尺寸链中设置二个待用的固定调整环,以备在空档尺寸 A_s 超差时用其中之一进行补偿。结果表明:1)当空档尺寸服从正态分布且调整件的总级数 P≤4,多数装配不需使用调整件就能保证装配要求,2)调整件的总级数 P 为偶数比奇数有明显的优势,3)该法比传统的单件固定调整装配法可以减少调整件级数一级以上。 Double fixed pieces adjustment assembly method is introduced in this paper including its formula and advan- tages.The main point of this method is to establish two fixed adjustment links in the assembly dimension chain,use one of them to compensate the end link error when it goes beyond the desired range.Analysis result showed that: 1)if the error of end link(As)is randomly distributed and the total grades of the adjustment pieces is equal or less than four,most assemblies can meet the assembly request with out use anyone of the adjustment pieces,2)the total grades of the adjustment pieces being even is much better than being odd;3)compared to the traditional single fixed piece adjustment pieces more than one.
