摘要
不同 La^(3+)离子浓度(0~40ppm)下,菠菜叶绿体 Hill 反应活性测定结果表明,Hill 反应活性随 La^(3-)离子浓度的递增动力学曲线呈“S”形。叶绿体悬浮液中叶绿素含量为0.05mg/cm^3时,曲线阈值浓度为6ppm,饱和浓度为20ppm,希尔系数=2.85,说明 La^(3+)离子对 Hill 反应活性具有明显的促进作用。
The effcts of La~ on the Hill reaction activity were studied with the chloroplast extracted from“Spinacid Cler- aced L”the concentration of chlorophyll ranged from 0.04 to 0.08mg/ml.The results demonstrated that the Hill reaction activity showed positive correlation with La~ in certain concentration,saturation effects were observed as the concentrations of La~.This,then,dmonstrated that the effects of La~ on the Hill reaction activity exhibitedd heterpoic positive cooperativity to select optimum La~ concentrations for fertilizing La~ to vegetables and plants, and to study their mechanisms theoretically.
