摘要
本研究利用空气提取、腺体提取和触角电位仪测定等方法对亚洲玉米螟产生和释放性信息素的时辰节律进行了研究。结果表明:亚洲玉米螟雌蛾羽化后1~6天的提取物产生的触角电位无明显差异,说明性信息素在此期间的产生与日龄无关。腺体中性信息素的含量高峰在暗周期后6小时,而从体内向外释放性信息素的高峰为暗周期后8小时。
This study deals with the circadian rhythm of sex pheromone production and release in Asiatic corn borer,Os- trinia furnacalis Genee.The methods of vial washing collection,extraction of sexpheromone gland(SPG)and elec- troantennogram assay were used.The results showed that the sex pheromone production of the female moths is not much different in the first six days after emergence,This is say that the sex pheromone titer of the female moths is not relative to the daily-age.The results also showed than the peak of the content of sex pheromone in the gland is around the seotophase 6 hours and the peak of sex pheromone release is around the scotophase 8 hours.
