小麦远缘杂种材料对水分胁迫的生理反应 被引量:2

摘要 对天蓝偃麦草和普通小麦远缘杂交得到的多年生1号、中_1、中_2、中_3、中_4、中_5等6个小麦杂种材料的部分抗旱生理指标进行了测定,分析了这些材料在正常供水、水分胁迫以及饱和复水三种条件下的生理反应差异。结果表明,6种材料的共同特点是根系发达,具有抵御和忍耐干旱的优良特性。水分胁迫时6个杂种材料之间的变化与亲本天蓝偃麦草呈相同趋势,表现为气孔阻力提高,蒸腾强度减少,保持较高叶水势。呼吸作用、细胞膜透性、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性变化幅度小。饱和复水48小时,各项指标均能恢复到正常水平,比对照晋春8号表现出较强的抗旱性。 We determined physiological indexs of 6 hybrids which were obtained by distant hybridization between wheat and Elytrigin glauca for drought resistance and analyzeddifferances of their physiological reaction under the conditions of normal irrigation,water stress and saturated rewatering.The results showed their common features were strong root system,high drought tolerance and resistance.Under the condition of water stress their changes were similar to their parent Elytrigin glauca,for example,high stoma resistance,low transpiration intensity and relatively high leaf water potential.At the same time changes in respiration,permeability of cell membrance,root vitality and activity of nitratase were small.48 hours after rewatering indexes could return to normal.They had higher drought resistance than the control Jinchun No.8.
