摘要
以普通小麦显性核不育材料(Tal 小麦)和 Tal.Kr.phlb 综合体为基础材料,用天蓝偃麦草、八倍体小偃麦和八倍体小黑麦为异种属优良基因的供体进行研究,结果表明,Tal 小麦和 Tal.Kr.Phlb 综合体与天蓝偃麦草杂交,当代结实率分别可达26.4%和31.7%。八倍体小偃麦是普通小麦与天蓝偃麦草杂交良好的桥梁材料。Tal 小麦和 Tal.kr.phlb 综合体与八倍体小黑麦杂交,当代结实率分别可达36.95%和41.76%。显性核不育基因在以上杂交组合的 F_1中可以正常表达。
A gene pool of foreign genusand species in wheat,which develops the genetic breed- ing,was set up for transfering the promising genes from kindred genus and species of wheat into common wheat.The basic materials,Tal male nuclear sterile wheat and Tal.Kr.phlb material are used to get off the imcompatibility in distant crossimg.The setting rate is 26.4% for Tal male nuclear sterile wheat/A.glaucum;31.7% for Tal.Kr.ph1b/A,glaucum.Octoploid a- grotriticum hybrid is an excellent material for the crossing with common wheat and A.glaucum. The setting rates of Tal male nuclear sterile wheat/octoploid agrotritcum hybrids and Tal.Kr. phlb/octoploid agrotriticum hybrids are 36.95% and 41.76% respectively.Ta1 gene in F_1 of the combinations mentioned above appers normal.It's good for selecting the female parent of the backcross and distant crossing.
