摘要
研究了苹果幼树越冬期间不同处理枝条自由水含量的变化规律。结果表明,包膜枝条自由水含量显著高于埋土越冬及露地越冬处理。越冬后期至发芽前,包膜枝条自由水含量增加尤为明显。在越冬期湿度不同的年份,包膜枝条保持着高而稳定的自由水含量。统计分析表明,萌芽前枝条自由水含量和可溶性糖含量与处理树早春的萌芽率、短枝数及新梢数量呈显著正相关,处理树越冬期的自由水及可溶性糖对越冬后的幼树生长发育具有明显影响。
In this paper the regularity of free water in shoot of young apple trees with different treatments was determined during the overwintering period. The results showed that the content of free water with plastic film envelopment was significantly higher than that covered with soil or open fields treatment. From late overwintering to early budding period, the free water content increased sharply by film envelop treatment. In different years and different humidity conditions, the shoot enveloped with film maintained high content of free water. Regression analysis showed that the content of free water and soluble sugar was high positively correlated with the rate of budding, the number of short branchlet and the number of shoot. It is concluded that free water and soluble sugar in the overwintering period play a great role in budding and shooting of young apple tree in early spring.
