摘要
一次周期性运动竞赛是由体力充沛状态开始 ,负荷能力逐步衰减直至力竭 ,以及自我负荷感觉和刺激逐步加大等 ,是很多生理活动状态不断激化的过程。作为运动训练理论的基础概念———强度 ,若是不能反映沿着进程的生理变化便难以描述运动的真实情况。研究提出 :人体运动不仅要付出机械功 ,还要承受由生理机制产生的疲劳负荷。即时强度是二者的和。
A periodic sports competition starting from abundant physical strength,and then capacity decreasing till its exhausted,and self feeling the burden and stimulation strengthen is the process of lots of physiological activities.As the basic concept of sports training thesis,if it can't reflect the physiological changes along the process.It's difficult to describe the true of movement.The article proposes:body movement must give not only mechanical power,but also bear the fatigue caused from physiological mechanism.That means intensity is the sum of the both.
