摘要
Analyzed the history background,type,weight and the meanings of the name of Kai Yuan Tong Bao coins,thought it was a development when the currency system of Tang Dynasty had changed step by step from Wu Zhu system which named by weight to the general Tong Bao system then at last to the Tong Bao system which named by the years.The abuse of it was the close relationship to the monarchy.The Tong Bao currency system of Tang Dynasty was the origination of the Tong Bao system in currency history of our country.
