高压氧对重度颅脑损伤后昏迷治疗效果的相关分析

Effects of hyperbaric oxygenation in the treatment of the patients with coma after severe bead injury

本文对32例重度颅脑损伤后昏迷手术及保守疗法无明显效果的患者,施行高压氧治疗,并对其治疗效果与伤后时间进行了相关分析,结果二者呈负相关关系,且有高度显著性,提示重度颅脑损伤后昏迷患者应尽早使用高压氧治疗。

32 patients with coma after severe head injury were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation. By analysis it was found there was negative eorelationbetween their curative effects and the period of posttraumatie time. It showed that it was of great value. Therefore, it suggested that hyperbaric oxygenation should be given to the patients with coma after severe head injury as early as possible.
