摘要
本文报告169例癫痫患者在应用丙戊酸钠治疗时,不同体重、剂量和相应的血浓度与临床效果间的关系。不同体重、剂量与血浓度间关系已列成一个量表,这一量表对临床医师精确应用丙戊酸钠剂量有一定参考价值。
169 epileptic patients were treated with sodium valporate. By clin cal observation it was found that there was some relationship betwee weights, dosages, serum eoncentrations and clinic effects. They wer listed in a correlated table which might be useful for clinicians to us dose of VPA accurately.
