实验性肝纤维化发生发展过程中透明质酸代谢的变化

摘要 应用放射免疫法测定了复合因素所致大鼠肝纤维化血清及肝脏透明质酸(HA)含量的变化。结果表明:急性肝损伤期血清HA含量显著升高,且与天冬氨酸转氨酶水平正相关。肝纤维化发生时,肝脏HA水平增加,血清HA含量进一步升高。提示血清HA水平能反映肝功能障碍及肝纤维增生的变化,肝纤维化的发生与肝脏透明质酸代谢的变化可能有一定关系。 The concentrations of serum and liver hyaluronic acid (HA)was measured by radioassay in rats of liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetra- chloride and dietetic factors.Levels of serum HA were strikingly elevated in rats with liver injury without fibrosis, and there was a significant correlation between serum HA and AST. As hepatic fibrosis developed, HA levels in serum and liver were markedly higher than those of the liver injury rats without fibrosis,but there was no significant correlation between serum HA and any other biochemical changes. It suggested that HA levels reflected both active fibrosis and hepatic failure,and the acccss of HA in the liver may be an important factor in the mechanism of liver cirrhosis.
