摘要
本文报告二尖瓣替换术保留前后瓣及腱索乳头肌者9例。早期死亡2例,7例长期生存。术后随诊或随访生存者人造瓣膜启闭活动良好,有明显的瓣膜撞击音。我们认为二尖瓣替换术以二尖瓣关闭不全为主,腱索、乳头肌缩短不明显或伸长者,可以保留前后瓣,而左心室收缩末内径和左心室舒张末内径对手术适应证的选择起一定作用。
In this paper the authors reported the reservation of anterior and posterior valves, the chordae tendineaes and the papillary muscle in 9 patients with the mitral valve treated by operation. 2 of them died in the early period after the operation. The others live, The follow-up showed that all the prosthcsis valves were good in functionl, and their sounds were clear, We considered that for the patients whose mitral valve would be replaced the double valve should be reserved if the papillary muscle were not shortened or if they were enough long.The diameter of the left ventricular systolic and diastolic ends was of great value when the patients with mitral valve insufficiency or stenosis needed to be treated surgically.
