摘要
文章探讨了时代对教师的要求和教师道德修养在教育教学工作中的重要性 ,论述了坚定教育信念 ,为人师表 ,热爱学生 。
This paper probes into the requirements of the times for the teachers and the importance of teachers' moral cultivation in the educational work ,and discusses on the relation between strengthening the educational conviction,being a model for the others,loving the students,teaching well school and the moral cultivation.
