文章以调查典型县现状年灌溉用水定额为基础 ,以当地灌溉水可利用量为控制条件 ,采用逐级平衡的办法 。

Based on the investigation of the irrigation water quota of the typical county in present condition's year, taking the available quantity of the local irrigation water as the control condition, and adopting the method of step-by-step equilibrium, this paper works out the irrigation water quota for the main crops of Lüliang Prefecture.
