摘要
本文基于解决我国以燃煤发电为主的电力工业的粉煤灰与SO2 等酸性气体排放等难题的目的 ,从优化能源利用和洁净煤技术的角度出发 ,提出了燃煤发电与水泥生产联产技术。从原料代替、水泥煅烧工艺与掺杂热效应等方面和一系列实验证明了该联产技术的可行性 ,并就其前景作了分析。燃煤发电和水泥生产的合二为一 ,将会在我国的能源节约、环境保护与社会经济效益等方面产生深远而重大的意义 ,有效促进我国电力工业和水泥工业可持续发展。
In order to solve the problem of emission of fly ash and acidic gases, for example SO 2,from electric power industry that almost burns coal, this paper brings forward the technology of joint production of coal-burning electricity generation and cement manufacture from the angles of optimizing resource utilization and cleaning coal technology. The feasibility of the joint production technology was verified through raw material replacement, cement calcinations process,compound calorific effect and a series of experiments. It is sure that there will be far-reaching and tremendous value on energy saving, environment protection and social and economical benefits generated by the uniting of coal-burning electricity generation and cement manufacture.
